Introduction
Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) carefully before using Next Coach (“the Institute”) software training and development services. This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for all users (“User,” “You,” or “Your”) of the institute’s services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

You understand that your use of the Service is subject to these terms and conditions, and agree to be bound by them as well as any additional guidelines, rules, or policies established by the Institute. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, You must not use the Institute’s services.

2. Description of Services

The Institute provides software training courses and related services aimed at enhancing your skills and knowledge. The courses may be delivered through online platforms, in-person classes, or a combination of both. The Institute reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any service at any time, with or without prior notice.

3. Registration and Enrollment

To access the Institute’s courses, you may be required to fill a registration form and enroll through the Organization’s Registration desk or other designated platforms. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to maintain its accuracy. You understand that you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and will promptly notify the Provider of any unauthorized use of your account. You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account.

4. Payment and Refunds

Students are responsible for paying tuition and fees according to the institution’s established payment schedule. Failure to pay may result in suspension or dismissal. All fees paid are strictly non-refundable. Once a payment is made, it is considered final, and no refunds or reimbursements will be granted, regardless of the circumstances, including but not limited to tuition fees, registration fees, or any other charges. We appreciate your understanding of this policy, which allows us to maintain the quality of our services and programs.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All course materials, including but not limited to videos, presentations, handouts, software, and written content, are the intellectual property of the Institute or its licensors. You may access and use these materials solely for your personal learning purposes. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the Institute’s materials without prior written consent.

6. Code of Conduct

You agree to abide by the Institute’s code of conduct while using the services. This includes but is not limited to refraining from engaging in any disruptive, abusive, or illegal behavior. The Institute reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the services for any violation of the code of conduct.

7. Limitation of Liability

To The Fullest Extent Allowed By Law, Next Coach Shall Not Be Liable For Any Loss Or Damages Whatsoever That Result From Use Of The Service, Including But Not Limited To: (I) Any Direct, Indirect, Special, Consequential, Punitive Or Incidental Damages; (ii) Damages For Loss Of Use, Profits, Data, Or Other Intangibles; (iii) Damages For Unauthorized Use, Non-Performance Of Service, Errors Or Omissions; (iv) Damages Related To Downloading Information; And (v) Damages Resulting From Viruses, Worms, Trojan Horses, Or Other Contamination Or Destructive Programs, Even If We Have Been Advised Of The Possibility Of Such Damages.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

The Institute respects your privacy and handles your personal information in accordance with applicable laws and its Privacy Policy. By using the services, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Termination

The Institute may terminate this Agreement and your access to the services at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you under this Agreement will immediately cease, and you must cease using the services.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the legal acts of Nepal without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Amendments

The Institute reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Agreement on the institute’s website. Your continued use of the services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

By enrolling in or using the Institute’s services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
